Forever Our Angels is a nonprofit movement founded in memory of Isiah Smith, who tragically lost his life to fentanyl. Our mission is to raise awareness, support families, and prevent future fentanyl-related deaths through education and advocacy.

Yes. We offer a safe, supportive space for families to connect, share their stories, and find resources. While we are not a counseling service, we can connect families with grief support, treatment resources, and community partners.

Our main office is in Apple Valley, CA, but our outreach and awareness efforts extend to communities throughout California and beyond.

Myth 1: Fentanyl is only dangerous if you’re addicted to drugs.
✅ Fact: Fentanyl can be deadly to anyone, even first-time users. Many people overdose because fentanyl is mixed into pills or street drugs without their knowledge.

Myth 2: You can always tell if something has fentanyl in it.
✅ Fact: Fentanyl is odorless, tasteless, and invisible. The only way to know is by using fentanyl test strips.

Myth 3: A tiny amount of fentanyl isn’t harmful.
✅ Fact: Just two milligrams—about the size of a few grains of salt—can be fatal.

Myth 4: Overdoses only happen to “drug addicts.”
✅ Fact: Fentanyl has taken lives from all walks of life—students, athletes, parents, and professionals. It only takes one pill.

Myth 5: There’s nothing you can do to stop a fentanyl overdose.
✅ Fact: Naloxone (Narcan) can reverse an opioid overdose if used quickly. Knowing the signs and having Narcan available can save lives.
